I was blown away to the point of tears today :) I am so extremely happy with the service I received from Keith and all his coworkers at the leckie location in Kelowna BC! I was expecting to have to pay over 800.00 for a new set of tires due to one discontinued blown one :( but upon arriving to the shop for pick up.... Keith informed me of the most beautiful surprise of being able to fix it all at NO COST!!!!! What an amazing, wonderful experience! I'm feeling very blessed :) thank you!!!!!

I highly recommend Shamrock Tire to anyone who demands great service and pricing. They quickly responded to my online quote request for 4-new tires, while 2 other companies that I requested online quotes from never bothered to respond. Darren and his crew went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied with the purchase and installation of the new tires, including lowering the spare tire on my 4-Runner to check and adjust the air pressure. A great company with great service!

Excellent customer service!! Jeremy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.. Kal tire couldn’t provide the tires I needed so Jeremy found a reputable vendor who was able to help!! I’ve worked in retail for many years and that is how you bring customers back!! Also as I was loading my tires another young man who works for you cheerfully helped me load the rest! Thanks Kal tire for having such knowledge friendly and well trained staff! I will be spreading the word!!

Great staff here!! This is the only place I have taken my car but when I went for my 3rd oil change, I could not find my punch card that was punched twice already and they would not punch the new card to reflect the two that were on my other card and also told me that their computer system did not show that I had been there..... having said that I am on my way there this morning as this is the only place that I have taken my car to.
